On a dark blue field the image of the distinctive unit insignia of the 88th Regional Support Command and on each side a three-pronged halberd above an embellishment patterned from the top of three joined quatrefoils and below a silver gray scroll which is folded back on itself turned red inscribed "312TH ARMY BAND" in dark blue letters.
